My Japanese colleague sampled her first smoothie ever (strange, huh?!) at my house yesterday. I made her a blueberry and banana smoothie with almond milk. Of course, she loved it. Then she inquired about the big container of homemade muesli I have sitting on my kitchen bench. Last night I made her this chia seed pudding which I can’t wait to give her!
