a caprese salad to wow your guests

I had this amazing “tomato tower” or caprese salad at Dot Cafe in Yunogo the other day and I think we should make it. Come on, there’s really nothing to it (no offence to the chef). Simply layer sliced tomato, fresh mozarella and basil leaves into a high tower. While you’re at it, throw in some basil pesto/sauce, grated parmesan and S&P into the mix. Trust me, even if you mess up and the salad doesn’t take good, you’ll be saved by its aesthetics – everything looks great in the form of a tower! Especially pancakes….! MMMMMM
